The following is a list of current public notices of permitting decisions, public hearings, and rule-making activities. Public comment and participation are encouraged on all of these issues. Comments on any issue are welcome at any time and may be made by sending e-mail to [email protected].

October 10, 2008

September 5, 2008 - APC received requests for construction of air contaminant sources. (September 2, 3, 4)

September 2, 2008 - A Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments on the proposed Title V draft permit for Triton Boat Company.

August 28, 2008 - Composite Solutions has applied to APC for a federally enforceable state operating permit.

August 22, 2008 - APC received requests for construction of air contaminant sources. (August 19, 20, 21)

August 11, 2008

• APC received a request from TVA Bull Run Fossil Plant for construction of air contaminant sources.
• The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company applied to APC for a construction permit.

August 6, 2008 - Hinkle Chair Company, Inc. applied to APC for renewal of their major source operating permit.

July 24, 2008 - APC received requests for construction of air contaminant sources. (July 22, 23, 24)

July 24, 2008 - Norandal USA, Inc. applied to APC for a renewal of their major source operating permit.

July 22, 2008 - Eastman Chemical Company applied to APC for a significant modification to their major source operating permit number 547916.

July 17, 2008 - Public hearing to consider the promulgation of amendments to the Tennessee Air Pollution Control Regulations, the Title V Program and the State Implementation Plan.

July 14, 2008 - Nashville Marble and Whirlpool Bath Company applied to APC for the a major source operating permit.

February 20, 2008 - Sekisui Plastics USA, Inc. applied to APC for a major source operating permit.

February 19, 2008 - The RTR Group, Inc. applied to APC for a major source operating permit.

February 7, 2008

January 17, 2007 - Cedar Ridge Landfill/Waste Management applied to APC for a major source operating permit.

January 14, 2008 - APC received a request for construction of air contaminant sources from White Salvage.

January 10, 2008 - APC received requests for construction of air contaminant sources. (January 8, 9, 10)

January 8, 2008 - APC approved the Continuous Monitoring System Performance Evaluation Test (CMSPET) Plan for the Rotary Kiln Incinerators as submitted by Eastman Chemical Company.
