The following is a list of current public notices of permitting decisions, public hearings, and rule-making activities. Public comment and participation are encouraged on all of these issues. Comments on any issue are welcome at any time and may be made by sending e-mail to [email protected].

September 2, 2008 - A Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments on the proposed Title V draft permit for Triton Boat Company.

August 28, 2008 - Composite Solutions has applied to APC for a federally enforceable state operating permit.

July 17, 2008 - Public hearing to consider the promulgation of amendments to the Tennessee Air Pollution Control Regulations, the Title V Program and the State Implementation Plan.

July 14, 2008 - Nashville Marble and Whirlpool Bath Company applied to APC for the a major source operating permit.

July 11, 2008 - APC received requests for construction of air contaminant sources. (July 8, 9, 10)

July 8, 2008 - Hoeganaes Corporation applied to APC for a major source operating permit.

January 8, 2008 - APC approved the Continuous Monitoring System Performance Evaluation Test (CMSPET) Plan for the Rotary Kiln Incinerators as submitted by Eastman Chemical Company.

November 9, 2007 - Public hearing before the Technical Secretary of the Tennessee Air Pollution Control Board to consider the proposed FY 2007–2008 Workload Analysis that supports the establishment of the Title V Fee Rates and the proposed Regional Haze state implementation plan (SIP).
