BOWHUNTER EDUCATION You must be at least 10 years of age (on the day the class begins) to take a Bowhunter Education class in Tennessee. This class is not required by law in Tennessee, but several states do require this certification for bowhunting in their state. REGION 1 BOWHUNTER EDUCATION CLASSES *** No classes scheduled at this time *** REGION 2 BOWHUNTER EDUCATION CLASSES Coffee County - AEDC WMA Hunter's Campground, Saturday, August 11 (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.); all times are Central; to register or for more information call Mike Black at (423) 942-2882 (Home) or (423) 718-3612 (Cell), or email at [email protected] . Bring archery equipment. Also bring your lunch and a chair. The class is free. The class covers bowhunter responsibility, methods, trailing, safety, ethics, equipment, game sign and much more.
