Participation in any phase of the watershed management cycle is welcome. In Year 3 of the cycle, meetings are conducted to inform the public about the most recent water quality assessment and to invite their input about water quality issues in their watershed. A second public meeting is held in Year 5 of the cycle for comment on the draft Watershed Water Quality Management Plans.
