The Clean Water State Revolving Fund´s Priority Ranking System Rules, Chapter 1200-22-1, set forth the criteria and procedures for ranking proposed wastewater treatment projects. The Priority Ranking System forms the basis for eligibility determinations and the allocation of Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loans from the State Revolving Fund Loan Program (SRF Loan Program). Only those proposed projects identified on the SRF Loan Program´s Project Priority List are eligible to receive financial assistance for the planning, design, and construction of wastewater facilities. Each project´s priority rank is generated from specific priority ranking criteria, and the proposed project is then placed on the CWSRF Priority Ranking List. The process of being placed on the Priority Ranking List must be initiated by a written request from the potential CWSRF loan recipient or their engineering consultant. The written request must include a detailed description of the proposed project. a list ofall funding sources and amounts, and the estimated construction start and end dates.
