The conference/recreation center is a beautiful modern facility with a game room and space for meetings or gatherings. The game room has pool tables, a ping pong table and several game machines and is open to the public. Hours of operation vary; call for specific times.

The meeting room is approximately 60'x 39' (2340 sq. feet) and can be rented by groups or individuals year round. A pull out wall partition may be used to divide the room in half. The room has wall to wall carpet, a fireplace, pull down slide screens on both sides, a porch with rocking chairs and a great view of the mountains, and a catering kitchen with ice maker, warming/holding cabinet, refrigerator, sink and microwave. Tables and chairs are available and will be set up to a group's specifications prior to arrival. A big screen television, VCR, slide projector, overhead projector and two large coffee urns are available. Please reserve them in advance if you wish to use them.

The meeting room may be reserved for a full day (8 hours) or half day (no more than 4 hours). Time used by the group to set up or decorate for their event is included in rental time.

A deposit equal to the first day's rental is required within 14 days after making a reservation. Deposits may be made by check, money order or cash. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the reserved date in order to receive a refund.

Groups that are occupying 10 to 19 cabins will receive a 50% discount on meeting room rental. Groups occupying 20 or more cabins may reserve the whole meeting room free for each night they are in the cabins. Groups that have reserved the meeting room at no charge and wish to cancel must do so at least one week in advance or they will be charged the full price of meeting room rental.
