TDOT Biofuel Refueling Infrastructure Funding Project - This competitive funding opportunity is open to retail fuel station owners and farmer co-ops who are interested in promoting and selling E85 or biodiesel.
ECD Biodiesel Infrastructure Program - The program provides grants for up to $12,000 for each of the 95 counties for the purchase and installation of biodiesel tanks, pumps, and card readers to be installed and used for biodiesel fueling.
ECD FastTrack Infrastructure Development Program - The FastTrack Infrastructure Development Program(FIDP) funds may be used for infrastructure improvements. Funds may not be used for "speculative" projects but are restricted to situations where there is a commitment by certain private sector businesses to locate or expand in the state and to create or retain jobs for Tennesseans.
EPA Clean School Bus USA Grants - This program's goal is to reduce both children's exposure to diesel exhaust and the amount of air pollution created by diesel school buses by 1) Replacing the oldest buses in the fleet with new, less polluting buses; 2) Upgrading buses that will remain in the fleet with better emission control technologies and/or fueling them with cleaner fuels; and 3) Encouraging policies and practices to eliminate unnecessary public school bus idling.
